Everything we do, our behaviours, how we ‘see’ our world and respond to it and the way we think; all depends on the way WE value ourselves and our level of confidence in ourselves. Self esteem and self-confidence influence every area of our life. At AIH we recognise the significance of cultivating and maintaining our self worth and self confidence and offer easy practical tools to enable you to do this.  

Our workshops & Retreats for self confidence (including, "Get A Life Retreat" is specifically designed  to enable participants to recognise the importance of how the way we value ourselves and our level of confidence impact on everything we do in life and how we perceive and respond to stress.                             

Building and maintaining a high level of confidence can enable you better cope with stress and every aspects of your life.Our workshops and retreats provide easy and practical tools and coping strategies as well enabling you to understand how all your words,thoughts, beliefs attitudes and behaviour influence both the mind and the body. Why is it important to manage stress?
 
Scientific research has established that there is substantial evidence to suggest that stress and in particular chronic stress to be a major factor in the development of many diseases (including diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disease and heart disease) in the body as well as in the mind.

What is Hawaiian Huna? 

The word “Huna” is not a Hawaiian word but a modern or Western label for one aspect of the original art and science of healing and spiritual development in the islands of Hawaii originally known as Ho’omana.

Huna means “secret” or “That which is hidden”, and was originally known as Ho’omana. “Ho” means: “to make” and  “Mana” means “life force energy” – similar to “Ki” as in Reiki, Aikido, or chi as in Tai chi or prana in Sanskrit. Taken together Ho’omana or Huna means empowerment. It is about increasing your energy, spiritual and metaphorical healing ability.  Learning Hawaiian Huna is more about experiencing the knowledge rather than learning techniques. You will learn both at the workshop. It is important that you realise that this is a very different system than any you have ever experienced.

I have been studying Hawaiian Huna in Hawaii (in the Big Island) since 1999. My own experience of Huna is that it teaches more about respecting yourself and others, integrity and humility, so that you can experience a more peaceful environment for yourself and others. The most over used word in the Hawaiian language is the word “Aloha”. Like with most Hawaiian words the word Aloha has many meanings but predominantly, it means “Love”.

Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy Workshops -1 Day   

 

                                               
The workshops are limited to a maximum of 12 attendees at any one workshop due to the processes used and to enable more individualised attention. The Stop Smoking Workshop includes both training and practical processes and hypnotherapy sessions.     

Once you book and pay for the workshop a questionnaire will be sent to you for completion to understand the needs of the attendees.
